Current data patch 16.16.1

Data sources and provenance

lolbuilder's versioned bundle combines supported Riot data with parsed League Wiki details and explicit project overrides.

Riot Data Dragon

Champion and item identities, baseline game data, and image assets originate from Riot's supported Data Dragon releases.

League Wiki

Detailed ability formulas, item descriptions, recipes, and effect text are parsed from League Wiki sources during the offline data pipeline. The deployed application does not scrape the wiki at runtime.

Normalization and overrides

The pipeline validates source structures, normalizes formulas into the shared schema, and applies reviewed overrides where source formats cannot describe a game-specific edge case. Detail pages identify partial or unsupported model coverage rather than silently inventing a value.

Machine-readable bundle

Agents and developers can read /data/latest.json to resolve the current version, then fetch the corresponding versioned bundle.json. The bundle includes champion, item, role, rune, and modeled-effect data used by the planner.
